What a day!

What a day! Although my Christmas shopping today was not nearly as fruitful as I would have liked : P we had a great day! We hit all of my favorite stores and went out to Outback for lunch to celebrate our debt free status. For the first time in a long time, we had super service. And, bonus, the kids were pretty well behaved, even with a long wait for our food. After a full day of bargain hunting, with elusive prey, we drove back home for John's work Halloween party. It was sooo much fun! Sophia tied with Tinkerbell for the costume contest and won a cool prize (moon sand). There was lots of great food, and Christopher won a cake in the cakewalk! They had toys for the tinies, and pumpkin painting. There was even a haunted house in the barracks, and I scarred Christopher for life by making him stay in there with me for the whole thing. ( : It was pretty well done. Now, we are just trying to get everyone bedded down. Yeah for SNL- hopefully I can stay awake for it tonight!
